Fidecura collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, faith tradition preference, and reflection content. We also collect usage data to improve the app experience.
We use your information to provide and improve Fidecura services, personalize your reflection experience, process payments, and send important service updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your personal reflections and conversations with the AI companion are private and stored securely in your Vault. They are never shared publicly or used to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Content you post to the Community Feed, Prayer Wall, or Bible Study rooms is visible to other Fidecura community members. Anonymous posts hide your identity from other users but are still stored with your account internally.
Fidecura uses Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, OpenAI for AI reflection, and ElevenLabs for voice features. Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. Upon deletion, your personal data and reflection history are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
Fidecura is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately.
